We had our vehicle repaired at Elite Auto Experts based on a suggestion from our insurance company. We found the staff, facilities and quality of work to be nothing short of first class. If you decide to go to Elite Auto services, expect to be treated with respect and a level of care that is not common for the automotive repair business.

I have been taking my two vehicles here for five years and the service is very professional. They take great care of your car and have a loaner vehicle if needed. The service personal are wonderful and willing to help get your vehicle fixed or repaired.

Owner always present. The most attentive, caring attitude of any auto repair place I have ever experienced! Straight forward, honest, never feels like you are being told or sold something you don't need. Waiting room and restrooms are comfortable and spotless. Specialty coffees and teas offered as well as bottled water. Ask about Loaner Car availablity. Highly recommend!

I have a 1996 Toyota with over 200,000 miles. Obviously it’s seen it’s better days, and you can’t overlook the sentimental value, but Elite Auto provided excellent service, and honored the warranty work as promised/written. Anyone can say they will repair your vehicle, but Elite Auto word is like oak and Chris should be commended for his customer service skills/professionalism. It goes without saying that this could only be possible because of the great managers that oversee the day to day operations. Went and got my state inspection and it took only 20 min. Great service, and very polite. As I sat and waited for my car to be inspected, they would approach customers telling them how long, or that their cars were ready. Great prices, and customer care. I will be back for my car needs.

I had never been here before but they were running a promotion through the YMCA for a free oil change so I thought I'd give them a shot. I walked in on a Monday morning with no appointment and also asked to get my inspection done and they obliged. Nice waiting area and I was out of there in about an hour. They also didn't ask me about cabin air filter or make up fake things about my car. They won my future business.

My favorite place to bring my cars! I know!!! Who would say such a thing? But we have lived in Cypress for 10 years now and we are so glad to have met Mo and his very reliable, honest mechanic shop. I trust these guys 100%. Their quality in their work is phenomenal. Their pride in their work shows, my car was shiny and clean after I got it back today (can’t tell you how irritating it is to have black grease stains on your cars after it’s been worked on from other mechanic shops). No one likes having to go to the mechanic, but if you need quality and great service.... then these are the guys that are going to give it to you. What’s better than that is that they are HONEST!! I can’t tell you how I used to fear going to the mechanic, I left this up to my husband. But with Mo and his staff, I’ve gotten quite confident bringing my car myself. I had such a wonderful and professional experience with Elite Auto! My vehicle was tended to in a timely manner and I received great customer service as well. Jae in particular was very knowledgeable and up front with me about my vehicles issues. He provided very friendly service and always kept me up-to-date. On top of the customer service, they washed my vehicle inside and out! I have never gone to an automobile shop leaving with a cleaned car! Very nice touch! It was the cherry on top to my wonderful experience at Elite Auto. I fully intend to be a returning customer! :)

Great as always. Mufid runs a great shop. I’ve been a customer since his old location. The owner is involved in his business and knows his stuff. We used them for minor body repair last year also and they did a great job on that also. They also have a nice waiting area with free soft drinks and super clean restrooms.
